1 Acceptance of Terms

4 Deposits & Payments

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from ce999 are processed in PKR to your verified payment account. Supported withdrawal methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, and registered bank accounts. Withdrawals are not available to third-party accounts — the destination must match the name on your ce999 account.

For example, a bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means you must place bets totalling ten times the bonus amount using qualifying games or markets.

• For cricket markets including PSL, T20 internationals, and Test matches, official match results as declared by the relevant governing body are used for settlement. In the event of abandonment or a result that does not constitute a valid match under the applicable rules, standard void policies apply.
• Live betting markets are subject to suspension or removal at any time during an event. Bets accepted before a suspension are honoured unless the voiding conditions above apply.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ce999. Any account found to be engaging in these activities will be suspended immediately and the matter reviewed:

• Underage use: Using ce999 if you are under 18 years of age, or facilitating access by a minor.
• Multiple accounts: Registering or operating more than one ce999 account.
• Identity misrepresentation: Providing false personal information, including name, date of birth, or CNIC details, at any stage.
• Bonus abuse: Creating accounts or placing bets specifically to exploit promotional terms, including coordinated abuse across multiple accounts.

• Automated betting: Using bots, scripts, or any automated system to interact with the ce999 platform.
• Chargeback abuse: Filing fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes against ce999.

You may request the closure of your own ce999 account at any time by contacting support.
